Try clearing out your disk cache. Most of the time it's set to 5MB.
  3. What are the files in the disk cache for?
The files in these directories are images and text that you have recently viewed. These files help speed up the display of images and text since retrieving data from your disk is faster than retrieving the data over the network. We suggest that you leave the files alone and Netscape will keep the file from growing beyond the files will be four megabytes unless you change the default. To view or modify the size of the cache files, select Tools | Internet Options.

  5. What is Java?
Java is a programming language, similar to C++, developed by Sun Microsystems which allows World Wide Web pages to contain code that is executed on the browser. Because Java is based on a single "virtual machine" that all implementations of Java emulate, it is possible for Java programs to run on any system which has a version of Java. It is also possible for the "virtual machine" emulator to make sure that Java programs downloaded through the web do not attempt to do unauthorized things.

You can learn more at the Java home page.
